United Air Temp

Called Saturday evening at 6pm for heat not working. They sent tech- Dyami, to address. He arrived less than 2 hours later- 7:30pm… on a Saturday! He fixed the issue and left once heat was working again. But- heat went back out less than an hour later, I called UAT, they sent Dyami back, he returned abt an hour later, found another issue and fixed. Pls note- although furnace is less than 2 years old, I’ve had several problems w unit, including another repair from this past Thursday! I was very impressed w techs knowledge, problem solving skills, and professionalism. And the company- great customer service and extremely reasonable rates! I would definitely use United air temp again! Thank you Dyami.

Evan was extremely personable, knowledgeable, honest, and reliable. He was very informative, went above and beyond, and took the extra time to make sure that he fixed the problem. Highly recommend! I’d give over 5 stars!!!

I had a wonderful experience with the tech from United Air Temp. Evan, the tech, was very professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and why.
