From the moment I called, their team was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about getting our home back to normal after a major water leak. Within hours, they were onsite with equipment and a clear plan to mitigate the damage. What really sets them apart is their communication and transparency , we always knew what was happening and why. They worked directly with our insurance company and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The technicians were respectful of our home, always on time, and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. The name says it all, First & Last Restoration . First & Last Restoration was awesome to work with! Dealing with a flooded basement from a frozen pipe is stressful but with Hosea and Navin I knew I was in good hands. Communication was excellent. They were professional, timely, and kind, and they explained everything that they were doing and why. Everyone I have encountered at First & Last Restoration were amazing! The customer service was so great and made the stress and struggle of having to deal with unexpected water damage to my basement. It was great to be able to stick with the same company for the full mitigation and reconstruction process. Overall, my experience was so great I asked them to look into another project I need done around the house. During the mitigation process after the water damage, Justin was very pleasant, and I appreciated him being my first contact explaining everything before and after. First contact and impression is so important. (Even making sure he cleared my property out of the way or area impacted for me). Zack and Jose apart of the same team were also nice and kind. My toilet on the main level overflowed and leaked into my basement, soaking my drywall. Quinton and Jose did an amazing job removing the affected areas and setting up dehumidifiers and fans to remove the moisture from the basement. They were extremely professional and kept me in the loop throughout the process. After that, Marcellis found an equally outstanding team to install the drywall and paint the basement. They worked efficiently and completed the entire job within 8 hours. I recommend 1st and Last Restoration for any mitigation and restoration needs.
