Nir is a courteous professional who provided details to rebuild and reline my chimney. Alex and another staff came to remove the old chimney and liner. The customer service was exceptional - they were pleasant, kind, and very accommodating. The next day, a few more staff came to help seal and waterproof the chimney and add the finishing touches to water heater connection. We had Nir for our consultation. He was great! Unfortunately, we didn’t get the name of his team that installed our insert, but they were just as great! We bought a wood burning insert and added in a chimney cleaning as well. They were all gracious and careful with the removal of our old stove and the installation of our new fireplace. My grandfather was curious of the process and had quite a few questions. They were very patient and communicative throughout the process and were helpful with our questions. We were able to build a fire as soon as all was done. Nir provided guidance and informed us how to operate our new insert since it was quite different from the previous stove. My grandfather has built a fire every day since. It’s safe to say we are very satisfied.

We hired Chimney Sweep Clean to evaluate and repair chimney-inside and out all the way from fire box to the damper on a house we were renovating prior to moving in.
