AMC911 Crawl Space & Foundation Repair

I am a real estate consultant and have been for over 30yrs. I deal with inspectors and home inspections quite often. It doesn't take long to pick out the good ones from the not so good ones and I have to say Dan is one of the good ones. Dan was one inspector I felt comfortable giving our business to. He did a great job giving us the facts so we could make a decision. Dan seemed to be honest and was looking out for my clients best interest. I feel comfortable letting AMC911 and Dan handle this job for my client. Our house is in need of structural work so I had AMC911 come out and take a look. Robert Dale was the sales representative and upon further inspection it was determined that our crawlspace needed an immediate moisture control solution. Robert spent hours creating a detailed cad drawing of our home with all the pictures he collected and then fully went over my encapsulation options. Due to the presence of organic matter in the crawlspace, Robert recommended their anti microbial representative come out and take samples of the organic growth. For free they will tell you if it’s active or inactive, but we decided to pay for the full microbial report which identified the organic matter, and air samples were taken inside the house and in the crawlspace.
