There was a problem with the downstairs heat not turning on so Amen Air was contacted to assess the situation to determine why. They determined the original install of the furnace and outdoor system was not done properly. They gave a price to address the situation and then were out the next day with the equipment for the install. They showed up when they said they would and laid out cloths from the front door up the stairs to the attic which in turn left it like they were never here upon completion besides the heat now working up and downstairs as it should. First I want to say that David is one of the kindest individuals I have ever met. He is not only ethical but very good at what he does. I truly believe he gave me the best rate he could while still caring about his work and really getting the job done. I would recommend him to anyone. Amen Air was recommended to me by a friend. I pretty much knew in advance that I needed to replace both of my AC units as both were 19 years old and leaking freon regularly. I called David (the owner I believe) and he agreed to show at 7am the next day. Keep in mind that this was early August in the peak AC season. Sure enough he was sitting in front of my house at 6:50 patiently waiting. Short version, I had already received 1 quote from another company and David was very knowledgeable and actually took the time to explain what he was quoting me (unlike the prior company).
