I’ve had Paul Acosta from Amenity Pool Services taking care of my pool in Orlando for over a year, and he’s been excellent. Paul is not just a pool cleaner.. he’s a skilled technician. He carefully measures chemicals each visit, keeps the pH perfectly balanced, and makes sure the salt and chlorine levels are exactly where they should be. He also knows his way around Hayward equipment and my salt chlorinator system, and always takes the time to answer questions and explain things clearly. His consistency, knowledge, and professionalism have kept my pool looking great week after week. Technicians like Paul are rare—his level of care, attention to detail, and customer focus set a standard that others in the field should aspire to.

Amenity may be great for pool cleaning, but avoid for equipment. Had existing spa heater and pump replaced. Installers unsure on installation, then on how to operate. Had to Google ourselves to figure out correct valve settings. Heater malfunctioned shortly before Christmas. Tech came out and said issue was low on propane. Refilled, no success. Again, Google diagnosed ignitor. Finally got tech back out, well after Christmas, to replace. Then debated over warranty coverage. Office very disorganized and slow to respond. Seems as though they were local, then purchased by national provider.

Amenity took over for our old pool service company and we've been very happy with the service they provide. They are reliable and efficient. Our tech Derek is professional and does a great job.

Amenity Pool recently completed a panel and lighting upgrade on our pool and we would recommend them to anyone who is in the need of pool repair or service. Rodney was great, very communicative, on time, did a great and and extremely clean job, and spent extra time throughly explaining our new system.

I purchased my house early in the year and reached out to Amenity services for both pool maintenance and upgrades. Upon initial retention there was miscommunications that resulted in my pool turning green while I was away. They fixed it and restored the color - no harm and I chalked it up to me. I initially contracted with them to replace my pool's heater. They replaced the heater after discussing price - because it felt like they were up-selling the actual product. It was installed, and then we began on a second project to install automation and re-do some of the plumbing by the pool. This also felt upsold, but I agreed nonetheless.
