Steve and Nick did a fantastic job today! They came right on time, thoroughly cleaned my hard to reach vent and left everything in great shape! They took the time to talk with me about what was going on with the vent and kept me informed of what they were doing to reach all of the built up lint. They were both very pleasant and professional—I’ll be scheduling with them again!

Steve from American Clean air is awesome!!! I needed help with a dryer issue as I was not quite sure if it was a vent issue or a dryer malfunction. I called American clean air after my handyman suggested them and they sent Steve out within 20 minutes!!! Lucky me... Steve was such a professional and a delightful person. I learned a lot from him. He was able to fix the dryer vent that the previous duct cleaner put in 1 week ago and he cleaned my dryer vent . It was not easy as he had to crawl up into my attic. Once he finished the venting issue I still had a problem with my SMART dryer..Steve to the rescue!!! He noted the smart function had the steam option on . This is why I had a wet dryer drum inside ..Who knew! Somehow this button got activated without my knowledge but Steve caught it

We recently had our hardwood floors refinished which left our ducts and vents full of sawdust. We've never had a duct cleaning before and didn't know what to expect. The crew, Steve, Dan, and Nick arrived as scheduled and got right to work. The job took about 5 hours, and they were very thorough and made sure everything was as it should be.
