We’ve been trying to get our deck replaced, but no company would call us back. Then we went to Biviano General Contracting (first time working with them) and they immediately responded, came out and gave us low stress no hassle estimate to replace our entire 520 sq ft wooden deck. Michael Biviano came out and was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. We asked if they could have it installed by thanksgiving and they did. The crew was awesome. They started on 10/31 demolished the deck in a few hours and had the deck framed out and had it finished on 11/6. Never seen a crew work so hard. They were awesome. We were so pleased we are already planning our next project with them; residing our house. I have nothing but respect for this company and would proudly recommend them.

These guys saved us!!! Highly recommend. We had a deck job already begun by a contractor who (it turned out) did not have the correct licensing and access to do work near the conservation land. We are close to the beach. So we had to halt that job and find someone to finish it. I called numerous local contractors in a panic. They either would not do it due to the short notice, or they also lacked the correct licensing. Biviano heard us out. They had the licensing. And they got the job done in short time and were easy to communicate with throughout. The deck came out great!! They knew all of the nuance involved with dealing with the conservation commission and the permits. Five stars. Thank you !!!

We are very pleased with our newly renovated home. Mike Biviano did an excellent job of managing crews and coordinating permits, inspections, and various tradespeople. The project was completed in a very timely manner and within the expected budget. He readily dealt with any issues we had and was often on-site ensuring every aspect of the project was going smoothly. He made some excellent design suggestions, for instance enlarging the small basement window into a full size window utilizing the exposed foundation following the removal of cement stairs. That window truly enhanced the family room that now is a bright living space. Building our new house in Humarock with Mike Biviano was a happily ever after journey. From start to finish Mike was very professional. Always available to answer questions, go over thoughts and ideas. Mike builds a high quality home with attention to detail. Once the house was placed on piling it was completed 10 and a half weeks later and we moved into our new dream home.
