We’ve had Henry and his team do several things for us over the past year, and I couldn’t be more pleased. First, he cleaned our air ducts, and more recently, he tackled mold removal on our sandstone basement walls. After cleaning, he sealed the walls—and the difference is incredible. The basement no longer feels damp, and the musty smell is gone. His grandson, Jimmy, did an excellent job cleaning all of our furniture, including our ottomans and recliner. But what impressed me most was the upstairs carpet. I was ready to rip it out after years of wear from pets and teenagers. I showed it to Henry and told him I didn’t think it could be saved. Henry and crew arrived on time on very cold ,snowy day . Did a chemical dry cleaning on all carpet areas, all rooms. I never heard about this type cleaning, they did a wonderful job, have animals, dogs and cats, no entire house carpet cleaned for a few years, and it's all cleaned beautiful, treated for pets. Did area rugs also, moved and replaced furniture, protected furniture bases. A very good team work. Carpets dried in about a hour, did 3 bedrooms, hallway,small office, large front room, and living room in less than 2 hours. Very happy, satisfied.

Henry came highly recommended by the Cambridge theater, and he really managed to bring our carpets back to life at the Mt Vernon theater! He was friendly, straightforward, and he was able to explain his process/pricing easily. His rate for the cleanings after the first one here have us looking forward to working with him again for a long time. I really appreciate how he was willing to come all the way from Cambridge for us.

American Clean Steam arrived right on time. Henry and his worker were very professional got right to work & the carpet looks and smells amazing . We had lots of foot traffic especially in the hallway . Looks like new! Will definitely use them again.
