We wanted a brick walkway laid between driveway and garage side door of our home, so we called Schoenbrunn Landscaping Dover thinking they did professional work (mistake #1). They asked for a deposit of 1/2 the estimate to do the job (mistake #2), and a week later sent out a crew of workers that did an absolutely unacceptable job. First of all, the bricks were the incorrect color, and where they needed to be cut in order to fit, they had very visible saw-toothed edges, that made the walkway look absolutely terrible. We told the company owner that the job was unacceptable and that it needed to be re-done. The company owner's response was, and I quote: "we shouldn't really worry if their job wasn't acceptable to us, since we were in the process of selling the house anyway." We allowed him

Just now leaving the garden center in Cambridge and the owner just stood in the doorway staring at us without walking the 50 feet over to greet customers. Good quality plants, horrible quality customer acknowledgement. Pretty disappointed.

She knew prices and characteristics for the plants we looked at and took the time to help me find what I needed. (A beautiful plant that has purple flowers and draws butterflies.)
