Wanted 2 6ftx12ft rolls of carpet padding. I got 2 different pads the 1st time. I called dean. He said he would fix it send out the right pad. The pictures are what I received. To replace the 1st mistake. Never will I spend my hard earned money there ever again. I called to make him aware of what the replacement was and looked like. Nor was it cut to the right size. He was with a customer. Was to call me back still no call. Thanks for the added problems.
Huge shoutout to all the guys at King Karpet! They laid a floor for me in our family basement over the summer. They were fast and professional! Thank you all so much! I just wish my dad was here to see it…I know he would be sooo proud.
