American Comfort Heating and Cooling

I did a full renovation of my home and the American Comfort team did an excellent job of replacing my existing outdated duct work and reinstalling my existing Heat pump system they installed back in 2021. They provided a new app controlled thermostat as well. All the field crews and office staff were a pleasure to work with during the entire process. Especially, Lewis Gentry as my Sales Rep. Chris, Antonio, Jose the field crew, and Sarah, Kat, and Phillip office support staff. It is nice to do business with a company that truly has your comfort and satisfaction at the core of their mission.

Remy did a great job at my Flowery Branch home! He found two big issues with my top floor unit that have been missed by others in the past that have been costing me $$$ in lost heating and cooling. He showed me pics of the issues and explained each one in detail. He explained the outcome if the repairs were not made. He gave me enough info to make me feel good about the decision to repair the issues as soon as possible. He presented a good price to remedy both long standing issues and scheduled the repair before he left.

I've had the fortunate (or unfortunate) pleasure of dealing with a lot of service vendors while managing my real estate portfolio. I can unequivocally say that Lewis and the team at American Comfort have been the easiest, most honest, sincere, and dependable partner that I have dealt with. Lewis is incredibly trustworthy, courteous, kind, and willing to explain the work required / the ins and outs of what he is doing, which is always incredibly helpful. I will scream to the top of my lungs - if you are having any issues, work with American Comfort.

Remington and Thomas came out to my house and got my unit back up and running here in Statham. Glad to have everything back to normal just before we host the family for Thanksgiving! Appreciate all the help!!

Lewis was great. He was able to explain what was happening with my old system. Our HVAC has been out for 2 weeks and is now being replaced tomorrow. I give props to the whole office from Kat that took my call or I should say calls this morning. To Lewis who got me taken care of. I originally had them scheduled for tomorrow and a different company scheduled today. Because Kat was such a pleasure to talk to this morning I cancelled the other company and had them come out instead. Very glad that I did.
