I needed the smallest of small jobs completed on a short timeline, and American Concrete Services got it done and did it well. Shout out to Tyler and Laura for their excellent customer service and quality work. I will seek this company first for any future work I need done in the future.

I called several companies for estimates. A week after calling ACS regarding a sinking sidewalk and cavity under the stoop, their crew was at our front door working on lifting the sidewalk backfilling the void under the stoop. After a few hours, the sidewalk looked as good as new. They even filled a small gap and blended the drilled holes so you couldn’t tell they were there. Some of the material they used to create the foam, splattered the white siding around sidewalk. By the time I saw it, it had already dried and despite some scrubbing, it wasn’t coming off. One email to the company and less than a week later, a crew came over and fixed the issues. Honestly, it looks better than I could had hoped for and I would recommend this company for any similar job. Totally worth it.

Worst service I can remember ever having with a contractor. We paid 3k and our concrete wasn't any more level than when we started. But now we also have holes drilled into the concrete filled haphazardly with caulk. So basically we are in worse shape than before we started. I hope the owner of the company sees this review and not just Tyler Mundrick(or whatever his name was) that was the PM for this. I will never give a positive review to your company or for this service to anyone until either we are refunded our money, or our concrete is made level at no additional charge to us. Feel free to reach out if you want to make this right. i had the same experience as another review. Put in for an estimate, they came out and never heard back- even after repeated emails. The guy said he was working on the estimate. The sad things is my brother highly recommended them and that is why i first inquired about their services. Guess i will try another competitor.

Really bad customer service. It has been about a month since I call them for a concrete estimate and no one has been able to complete this request. I wish they would have been better at getting back to me as they offered the services I wanted to get done for my home.
