Awesome customer service! We had a crew waiting on a job site (a closed restaurant at night), and the concrete cutting company we normally use (won't name names) did not show up. We called American Eagle at 5pm and Jim swooped in like a knight in shining armor! He coordinated his people and was at our job site within an hour to save the day. Jim contacted our foreman with an update, his crew did an excellent job, and then Jim followed up with our office bright and early the following day. We couldn't have been happier. Needless to say, America Eagle Concrete Cutting has earned all of our future concrete cutting needs and we would highly recommend their services! Much appreciated their prompt, professional, and courteous service!

Technician came out today to drill a hole in the concrete for a lift. He was extremely courteous and professional. He was also very friendly. He did a GREAT job! Will always call American Eagle Concrete Cutting in the future. I highly recommend this company. They are quick, efficient, and do quality work!

Our experience with Chris and his company was very disappointing. We were scheduled to provide GPR services and ended up waiting on-site for nearly three hours. Chris assured us he was trying to get back to us, but we later discovered another GPR company had been hired for the same job. This miscommunication and lack of organization resulted in wasted time and resources on our part. Despite agreeing to pay a show fee for our time, we never received payment. This reflects poorly on their management and organizational practices.

We've hired American Eagle to cut for us at several locations in Orlando and in the Tampa area as well. Response time and professionalism are always spot on, and they're the only demo/cutting company that we call now. Highly recommend.
