We had our patio railing replaced. They were quick to respond and came out the next day for an estimate. We described what we wanted and they matched it perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

Overall not a great experience, dismissive owner, months behind schedule. We had 6-8 measurement appointments before fabrication started, and it took 4 tries to remove and rework to try and fix before my wife and I were fed up with the 6 month long experience and just wanted to move on. Paid to have it fit wrong and now I will be either paying someone else to fix or patching the giant gaps along my stairs. The guys installing the railing were great but everything else was awful.

The handrails look lovely and will certainly add to the security of getting in and out of the house. Communication was not as good as it should have been. I had to initiate the communications to find out assembly, coating, and install dates. I would suggest more customer updates rather than just a generic statement that "we will complete the job in the future." Updates on work being done and dates that activities were completed would have helped.

Every step of the process of replacing my hand railing was taken care of professionally. The owner showed up on time for our appointments, was patient with me changing my mind on the color and was willing to come by multiple times because of my indecision. My hand rail looks beautiful and of high quality and was completed and installed several weeks prior to when it was promised. I highly recommend this company.

It was a pleasure working with American Eagle Welding from start to finish. Everything was outlined and communicated from the get go - we are pleased with the look of the railings, the install and everything! The crew answered our questions and were very courteous. We highly recommend them.
