I would highly highly recommend American Environmental Construction for any asbestos removal needs. We had a giant oil furnace in our 1907 home and from start to finish American Environmental Construction provided great service. Steve came out to give us a free quote and was very professional and thorough. Their team was able to get us on the schedule in just a few weeks and the team that came out did an AMAZING job. Paul, Jarred, Phu, and Kyle were all very professional and friendly. They were able to get the furnace out in a single day and left our space even better and cleaner than they found it. Francisco and his team went above and beyond to coordinate this project and to protect my existing home. They were thoughtful about weather and ensured that we had a clean environment to come home to. I cannot recommend this company enough. In addition to Francisco and his crew being amazing, Steve Romero was easy to work with to get our estimate and ask questions. My favorite thing about Steve is that he is always asking you how your day is going, putting additional effort into his work.

When we were getting new siding on our home last summer, we hired American Environmental Construction to abate the asbestos siding that was already there. Their price was competitive and the project manager that did our the estimate was super knowledgable and took the time to answer my questions/explain their abatement process. Francisco and his crew were efficient, professional and did an excellent job abating our siding. They worked fast and had the project complete in just a day and a half. They also cleaned up so thoroughly at the end of each day, you’d have no idea they were ever there. We’re so happy with our experience with American Environmental Construction and highly recommend them to anyone needing abatement.

Fabulous team! We bought a 1952 house from the original owner several years ago and have been renovating it slowly since. We've had to remove multiple asbestos walls over the years, and we always use American Environmental Construction. Francisco and his team are so timely, efficient, and thorough. Paul and his crew did a great job removing our oil furnace and the asbestos to make room for a new heat pump that we are installing. He and his team have decades of experience and were extremely diligent, efficient, and took care of our home as if it were their home. Paul was a really nice guy as well and it was really interesting to hear some of his stories working on major projects throughout Seattle.
