Professional, efficient, and extremely detail-oriented, their attention to detail was absolutely top tier. Our floors completely transformed our home and we couldn’t be happier. Franklin, Sheri, and Greg at American we're all great to work with. After looking at countless samples for weeks we ended up choosing the floor that Franklin suggested in the first place. They were incredibly accommodating during the selection process, the communication was top notch, and the post-purchase support was stellar. The installation was amazing and even when we needed a couple small touch ups, there we're quick to knock those out and make sure we were happy. I can't say enough about these guys, the entire process went beyond our expectations. I'll save you the trouble shopping around. Just go to American Flooring, you'll be glad you did.

Would highly recommend American Flooring Direct. We worked with Franklin and from start he was excellent. Our floors were done in a day. Demo, installed and clean up and all furniture back into position. Now we did have some cleaning that we did but not to bad. They had a 4 man crew and did an exceptional job and hauled away all the waste. Love our new floors.
