They came out the same day to repair our torsion springs, and the technician was super friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond — even applied some WD-40 to our track and wheels to make everything run smoother. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Shannon was extremely kind and helpful over the phone, and they even offered me a Veteran Discount, which I truly appreciate. Couldn’t be more thankful for the experience and the fast turnaround. Highly recommend their service!

I had a great experience with American Garage Doors. This is a wonderful family-owned business. Shannon was warm, responsive, and very efficient, and the pricing was very reasonable. Two technicians came on 12/31—during the New Year holiday—in heavy snow and freezing temperatures, yet they arrived on time and worked with great care and professionalism. They were thorough, respectful, and made sure every detail was done right despite the weather. Highly recommend!

Received a quick response to my online inquiry and they were here early the next morning. Connor identified the problem with my door rather quickly. Springs were replaced and maintenance was performed on the hinges and rollers. Great family business with super customer service!
