The owner of this company (Chris) has integrity about his work. I hired him years ago for a few odd jobs, and then to replace a roof in 2017. He was the guy I called last month, January 2024 when a gutter fell down from the 2nd story. I have complete trust he will do the job the best it can be done. I wish there were more people in business with his integrity.

This company replaced my roof both house and garage!! They were very professional and caring! They took great care of my gardens and yard. They cleaned everything up and done in 2 days! Very professional and friendly. I highly recommend.

Collegiate Builders is a great company to deal with.. we had a problem around our skylight and they came and fixed it immediately… Thereafter we found some other problems with our roof and called them back. They came the next day to give us an estimate and two days later we had a new roof on our home. The cleanup after the work was done was perfect. Chris was wonderful to work with, and his staff was as well. I would definitely recommend them for any jobs you may have.

At the recommendation of a friend who had a roof replaced by Collegiate Building, I gave them a call for an estimate for a new roof. Chris, the owner, promptly replied and quoted my estimate, which was very reasonable, and his crew was there the next wk working. I am very satisfied with their work. Very professional, neat, and did a great job. I love my new roof! Will definately recommend to others.

Chris and his team expertly replaced the back half of our roof after extensive wind damage. He was courteous, responsive and provided a fair assessment of the damages and suggested appropriate upgrades to future proof our investment. This is the second time I have used Collegiate and will continue to use and recommend their services in the future.
