Vantage Heating and Cooling West Seneca

FYI: This review originally shared on my Yelp profile in 2018. I still refer people to them for HVAC needs. It looks today, as I post this review on Google, that they are temporarily closed. I hope they reopen soon! ​​​​​​I typically use Yelp to find restaurants, spa services, and things like that. Our furnace went out a couple of weeks ago, and I turned to Yelp first. I was actually kind of surprised to find that there were results offered. Not only that, they were results with actual reviews! I chose one from Angie's List and one from here. I was able to request a quote from Vantage Heating and Cooling directly through Yelp, and holy cow! I got a response IMMEDIATELY! I called Vantage Heating and Cooling to look at my furnace which wasn’t working. No heat. John responded to the call and was able to be at my home within a half hour. John was friendly and took the time to explain each step he was doing. He was able to trouble shoot the problem and resolve it. John was competent, knowledgeable, personable and the service was reasonable priced. I would highly recommend him and his company.

John and his team were awesome! John came out and did an estimate the same day my furnace broke. He was at my house within hours. I didn’t expect that at all. When he showed up i was extremely happy. He was very honest, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He explained everything that was going on with my furnace and even managed to fix it temporarily until my new furnace could be installed. The install was within 3 days and the team was quick, efficient, and very nice. I would recommend them to anyone! He was very efficient and helpful with texts and calls throughout the whole process. John and his team at Vantage did a really great job of installing two new furnaces in our home (for separate floors). His communication with me was very good and always timely. They were friendly, considerate, and professional. I highly recommend Vantage to anyone who needs a new furnace or work done on the current furnace. I will certainly be calling them again in the future if I need heating work done.
