I also had a surprise visit from the owner Vic we chatted, the price was very good and fair in today's market. They also have a reasonable service agreement at a great price. Jack and the team at American have been nothing but the best. They did a split zone system for my house to help heat and cool the basement separately from rest of the house and it turned out amazing. From the minute, I opened the door, and met the technician Nate. I felt confident in his performance before he even got started. Greeted me at the front door with a smile and a handshake with his booties on his feet. He got right to work, checking out the furnace, adjusting all the connections on the April Air, replacing the furnace filters, and installing a new thermostat. Explained and showed me everything that he had done. He went over the install of the thermostat and connecting it to our Wi-Fi and showing us how to operate it on our phones.
