We reached out on a Thursday afternoon regarding a large Assisted Living/Memory Care facility after encountering dangerously icy parking lots and driveways that put our residents and family members at risk. Within a couple of hours, they called us back, had contracts in place, and dispatched their team to complete snow and ice removal at our building. The work was done with care and compassion, making the parking lot safe again for residents, family members, and outside providers. Out of 7 landscaping companies in the Lake Geneva area that I've contacted, Richard was the only one to get back to me. He came out to the house pronto to give us an estimate. He was very understanding of, and accommodating to what we wanted to get done. He also was not critical of the fact that we didn't want a long term contract, but just a one time job. Most places don't want to bother with you unless you sign a long term service contract. Richard always returned phone calls and texts in a timely manner. I would highly recommend his services.
