Jim and every member of his team were intuitive, responsive and could seamlessly shift on the fly as my husband and I would suggest small add-ons or changes throughout our renovations. At the outset, we received the cover letter explaining what what was expected of us and what we could expect from Elite. We were impressed by the professional agreement! Demolition day arrived!! An entire crew marched through our front door; each of them greeting both of us and shaking our hands. We grew to to enjoy their presence as the project moved forward! Every sub contractor was professional and top notch! We had other estimates from companies that told us we things 'couldn't be done' the way we wanted; not only did Elite get them done, they came in under budget!! Our upstairs laundry area is gorgeous

Great guys, they had some extra work with taking down a large, heavy steeple and cross for us. They handled everything with care and were able to salvage the cross for a former church member, which was an important part of the job.

Elite improvements and owner, Jim, are a joy to work with, and the quality of their work is outstanding! Jim and his crew care very deeply about their craft and their customers. We had a major home rehab including a full kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, laundry room remodel and lower level remodel - plus a new deck and roof! Jim’s attention to detail is impeccable and he is super responsive; he remembered things that even we had forgotten! He also has a creative vision and made suggestions along the way for an incredible finished product!! Workmanship is spectacular and pricing was fair and competitive. VERY VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! If we could give him 10 of 5 stars we would 🥰!!

We had upstairs bathroom remodel, new upstairs flooring, all rooms had wall and base boards painted, and stairs had new carpet and spindles. It was fun deciding colors, flooring, etc! Jim was so thorough, experienced, helpful and very personable! His team was experienced and thoughtful coordinating all steps to complete the project! We are so pleased with our upgrade and will refer Elite Improvements -Jim and Kourtni- for future projects!! Thank You!
