I could not have had a better experience with the technician, Tom , coming to repair my dryer. Tom was timely, professional, respectful and was happy to explain the process he was going through to diagnose the issue with why my dryer wasn't heating properly. I like to ask a lot of questions so i can understand how these appliances work and he patiently responded so I could learn. This whole process was through my home warranty company (American Home Shield) who I have had issues with in the past. They were originally going to send someone else so i'm glad i called and asked for a list of other options and found American Home Appliance. Saw that had 4.4 stars and knew that was my best bet. They did not disappoint! So happy to have a working dryer again.

Thank you so much, Daniel! He came quickly, fixed my washer fast, and everything works perfectly now. Honestly, the best guy for appliance repair. He’s a clear communicator, explained everything in simple terms, and the price was very affordable. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

This is our third time having Ben with Ancient Services come out to reset our dishwasher. The time before that was for our microwave and another time for our refrigerator. He really knows what he is doing and we have been very happy with the repairs.

Frige broke down. Called them up. Tech came out and said he could repair it but it will probably break down again soon. I appreciated his honesty. He could have just run a bill up and come back for more in a few months, but he didn't. Bought a new fridge.

Daniel was able to diagnose the problem immediately once I showed/told him what was going on. At first he wasn’t sure if he was going to be able to fix it himself, but he took a look and fixed it in five minutes. About as painless as I could have hoped for. This is the second time I’ve used this company for appliance repair and I will certainly keep on using them!
