Mark Johns knows basically nothing about basements, and overlooked cracked walls in my basement. He did not check to see if the foundation walls were bowing. When I asked him about the cracks in the wall during his inspection, he told me it was simply the paint cracking and nothing to worry about, and reported that there are no cracks in my walls and that there was no movement in any of the walls. This was untrue, as the cracks are between the blocks, deep, and the walls are bowing, as verified by a basement company when evaluating my basement for a crawl space vapor barrier.
