Fast forward to this year: I had some wind damage to my siding. I contacted Justin, who helped me with my roof and skylight project before, and once again, he made the process smooth and stress-free. He helped us pick out a beautiful siding color, and since the damage was from wind, I submitted a claim through my insurance. I had my roof done a year ago. In August of this year I complained to the office in Kentucky the tabs were coming up and the roof is uneven. I sent them pictures. I didn't hear from anyone so I have called and left messages but no answer. The only thing I heard was they were calling the mfg of the roofing. So I am still waiting I am not happy with the work looks terrible As a mtter of fact I had a roofing company stop in the summer and said I see you had a new roof put on and proceeded to show me where the tabs were coming up.

He kept us informed of any changes for scheduling our new roof and got it installed as soon as he could, first available day with no rain. The roof looks great and everyone did an excellent job.
