Called American Irrigation to get a quote to have our irrigation system brought up to our needs David called ahead and let me know he was on his way the day of our appointment We Walked around our yard. We explained exactly what we needed done. We were expecting him to tell us it would be about two weeks before he could get to us, but instead, he said he could take care of everything right away while he was here. We were totally shocked. The customer service is phenomenal. From the first call we were impressed with the quality of customer service David did an awesome job along with his helper. They got our irrigation system exactly how we wanted it and the price was very reasonable. Thank you American Irrigation.

Earlier this week I called American Irrigation and asked for an estimate to bring my irrigation system into proper repair. Yesterday, David showed up and introduced himself and asked what my concerns were. He cycled the system through checking each sprinkler head, making necessary adjustments and flagging the ones that needed replacement. He presented me with an estimate which I found to be very reasonable and I asked him how soon could I expect the work to be done. He said they could do it now if I wanted. That's exactly what I wanted to hear. They completed the work within approximately 1/2 hour. I'm very impressed with this company. scheduled Josh to perform entire system check on my sprinkler system due to recent construction. He arrived promptly on time at 8am, greeted me, and completed system check in timely manner. he supplied me with a written detailed estimate and I gave him approval to continue. Josh and David completed work that day , adjusted all heads and showed me how to program my timer and correct process to bypass rain sensor when I want. Clean respectful professional service, recommend this company for all your sprinkler services.

I waited three weeks for them to come over to do maintenance on my system. I needed more coverage because of dry areas. David came over yesterday and adjusted the heads and moved one of them closer to a dry area. He said he could add two more heads. For one of them he would have to dig under the sidewalk. He said he didn't have a helper, so he would have to come back to do it. He said they were short of workers. He gave me his cell number and said he would let me know when he's coming back within a day. I called him today and he didn't return my call.. I called the office and spoke to Regina. I told her the situation and she said she would text David and call me back. That was this morning. She never called me back. Another company that doesn't care about their customers. They
