American Leak Detection of Western Washington

I was extremely satisfied with my experience with American Leak detection of Western Washington.The scheduling process was seamless and professional. I received a personal phone call fromTurner our technician to inquire about our specific unique and extensively long gravity fed water system. Turner explained the process of how he would diagnose our issue and assured me he hasn't met a leak yet he couldn't find! He was 100% correct...the leak was EXACTLY where he designated it was when we went to repair it! I highly recommend American Leak for leak detection and will no doubt use them again if need be. American Leak Detection was awesome. Brandon came out to our house, was on time and found our leak quickly. He also troubleshot our system and took the time to explain it to us which was quite helpful. They are also very reasonably priced and give tell you upfront what to expect by how many feet they have to look. No hidden fees or surprises.

Should have called them first! They came to Whidbey! Very professional. Regular Plumber could not find leak. $$$ later and holes in my drywall. 😒 ALD found my outside leak in under 20 minutes. Note that they don't fix leaks, just find them. Expensive visit but easily cheaper and faster than hours from a Plumber and thousands of gallons of water.

American Leak Detection (ADL) charged $450, and the leak detection was NOT accurate. This is the biggest scam and hustle! I am grateful that ADL informed me of my failed pressure valve and referred me to a plumber, but I would not recommend this company. They were shooting darts and guessing. I heard repeatedly “this is not an exact science”. At the rates they charge, they should be. Unlike ADL, I am an honest person, I paid the fee, but I do not believe payment is justified as the company did NOT locate the leek!

We have owned a pool for over 30 years. I have used other pool companies to maintenance and install equipment, and resurface. Recently we started loosing water. First, I hired a company who turned out as an extreme disappointment in every way, the leak was still there. I spoke with an American Leak Detection's (ALD) representative on the phone, I knew there was a difference. The ALD professionals showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the leaks. They fixed the first, then dove into the water with their oxygen tank and fixed the other. Their representatives were quick, polite and very knowledgeable.
