Hammond Water Damage Restoration

On a Sunday, I had a basement flood and the majority of places in my city were not working/answering. They arrived immediately, removed all the water, diagnosed the problem, and dehumidified over the following days. They were all very friendly and punctual. They made me feel comfortable, especially since this was the first time I had ever experienced a problem with my house. Jonathan Flory, the GM was very helpful and returned to answer my questions. He also made several trips to communicate with my insurance adjuster. I could not have asked to receive better service. Thank you!

Mara and Julian were so compassionate and kind to me even though they could not help me. They sent me someone to help me test for mold in my rental unit to determine if my children, fur babies and myself are safe to stay there.
