American Marble

American Marble was contracted through our builder. At closing we had one portion of our kitchen counter top that was cut incorrectly but thankfully not attached and was promptly fixed the next day. However my children's bathroom counter was installed without meeting the wall and was filled with caulk to hide the poor install. We contact the home warranty team from our builder and the owner refused to replace even though his employee came out to measure and said the new counter would be installed in 7-10 day. The only "fix" they would entertain was to shove a tiny piece of quartz into the space and make it appear to be a solid countertop.
