I would not hire these people at all. They are in too much of a hurry and do a sloppy job. They overcharged us and didn’t even come back to complete the job that they had already been paid for: star only has one worker that has a helper. His worker is more of a handy man . Is not a professional. They refused to do the other half of my kitchen and we hired them to do the whole kitchen. Even after I stressed to him how the last guy didn’t do the other half and it caused the flooring to buckle and it was uneven. Now our floor is buckling again and we had to finish what we paid them to do. They put a long screw down in my lazy Susan and caused damage to it. Very UNTRUTHFUL COMPANY, NO ACCOUNTABILITY whatso ever!!! The landlord hired this company on the last day 1 of the workers broke a window & at the end of the day they told the landlord that my dog tried to jump through the window at them! But little did they kno I had reported it seconds after it happened that morning to my lawyer, not the end of the day, they even had the nerve to ask me why didn't I report it to them when it happened, I asked why didn't they report it if my dog had supposedly did it! Needless to say they didn't attempt to fix it or at least cover it so I wouldn't have to endure the 1° temps it was in January! I wouldn't recommend this company 👎🏾

I give American Native a 5 ⭐ review for my roofing experience. The crew was very courteous and the installation was great, they are very fast. I am pleased with their services in every aspect.

American native roofing installed a roof on a house that I bought. They installed a roof vent half way down on a low pitch roof. Now every time it rains, it rains into the bedroom through the sheet rock. I called and asked them to repair it and they said they would do it that week. A few weeks later they still hadn’t showed up. I called again and they said they forgot about it then said they would be out the next day to fix it. Few weeks later, still not fixed. Spoke to them again and they said the will be out the next day. Still nothing…. Very unprofessional. I called my insurance and will have to pay deductible to get all the damages fixed.
