Where to begin, We’ll from the beginning communication was very poor. Technicians repeatedly showed up to my home without any prior call or text, which was frustrating and unprofessional. After I raised these concerns, the company was given another opportunity to make it right and still failed to do so. The operations manager, Mike, chose to cancel services rather than reach out to understand or resolve the issue. David and Elijah were professional and had great customer service skills, which is the only reason this is a 2-star review.

I want to complement Dylan Hamilton from the Winder, GA branch. He does a great job every time he comes out to my house. His willingness to want to help exceeds standards. He’s also very polite to my wife when she’s home. Overall I wouldn’t want anybody else but Dylan come out. Thank you American pest and Dylan for getting the job done every time.

Not happy with quarterly service, still had issues after two quarterly sprays. Have been trying to get in touch with someone for 2 and a half weeks, left messages, no calls back. Literally a nightmare customer service wise on top of the fact that the pest control service itself is lacking.

We were looking to switch to a different pest control company after being dissatisfied with the one we had and American Pest Control had some of the best reviews so we decided to give them a call. I spoke to Cynthia over the phone who explained everything in detail and she scheduled the technician to come out and give us a quote. She was very nice and helpful! Jonathan came out to our house and explained all their services and pricing. He wasn't very pushy or salesman-y which we tremendously appreciated. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Pricing was affordable (actually less than what we were paying previously). We decided to sign up with this company and Jonathan performed the first service on the spot. Very happy overall!

Had an appointment for pest control consultation and no one showed up after waiting all day. I then left a message with the office and no one returned my call. This company is VERY unprofessional. Found another service with another company. You've been warned don't use this company!
