On the eve of a long-planned vacation, a leak in my roof (overhead plumbing) caused my family room ceiling to crash into the floor, causing a huge mess and no small amount of panic. Based on nothing more than good Google reviews, I called American Restoration and within 20 minutes, Felipe was there to assess the situation, develop a plan of action, call in help to clean up the mess, and make me confident enough to leave things in his hands while I enjoyed my trip. Communication was outstanding, and the job was done professionally and efficiently.

Felipe and his team responded quickly when I needed to handle water damage from a ruptured pipe in my kitchen. His continual communication letting me know exactly where we were in the plan to get my home repaired was reassuring. All of the employees that I interacted with were utmost professionals, kept my home clean, and were very kind. They showed up when they said they would and were knowledgeable in how to work with my insurance. I felt all of my questions were answered and would highly recommend American Response Team.

Felipe from American Response Team was absolutely outstanding. We had water damage from a leaking pipe that went under our kitchen floor, and even though he was the third technician to inspect the house, he found hidden moisture the others didn’t catch. His attention to detail and thoroughness were next level. On top of that, he was incredibly responsive and proactive when working with my insurance adjuster, answering questions quickly and clearly. His team also worked quickly and cleaned up after they left for the day. Felipe made a stressful situation so much easier — highly recommend him and the mitigation team.

We had an A+ experience for the second time with American Response Team. Felipe came out on a Sunday to assess our water heater leak damage and setup fans immediately. His crew came back on Tuesday to start the mitigation work and were also very professional. Even the office people who coordinated a pod for storage of our garage stuff during the mitigation were great. I knew what was happening at every step of the process as Felipe was great in communicating progress and next steps. Hoping we don’t have another water issue anytime soon, but if we do I will absolutely be using ART again!
