We are new to septic and these guys were AMAZING at answering all of our questions: showing us our field, our tank and lift station, we had a lot of questions being new to this and we didn't feel dumb or rushed. I highly recommend American Septic to anyone with septic needs. My septic tank needed pumping and Jake and Charlie were on site next day. I recently moved into my home so I didn’t know where the tank was on our property, but they were very knowledgeable and found it within just a few minutes. I had a ton of questions because this is my first time owning a home with a septic system; they were very kind and patient in explaining everything to me and even gave suggestions on how to improve my septic performance/best practices. The whole process was quick, clean, professional and at a very fair/honest price! Outstanding family-owned company. I look forward to working with them again!
