Our experience was great. We had a drop and hook so no complaints about that. Slide your tandems before you enter the yard, they will assign you a door or drop your empty at the back. Check in at door 18 to get bills. They will give you a seal and security will attach it. Entrance at the shack is very narrow for checking in. Once you get in the yard it's very manageable. Didn't see restrooms so not sure but they may have some when you check out at door 18. There is no overnight parking.

So I know each persons experience is different but mine was pretty good. I got to the gate about an hour before my apt and was given a door. I had my truck loaded within 30 mins. The ladies at the gate and driver office were very nice and polite. I was told the time depends on what your getting loaded and what shift. I was lucky, I hope it rubs off on my next fellow drivers! Keep up the good work American standard!

Zero stars if I could! 😒 Never will I ever accept a load to or from this place! I got here at 11AM didn’t leave til 5:30PM. Two other drivers came after me and was loaded and gone before I got loaded — both said they didn’t have an appointment. I was told multiple times that my load was ready to be shipped, and I’ll be loaded by a certain time — that time came and gone. When it was time to get my BOL that process took an additional 30 minutes. If dispatch sends me a load here, I will be refusing!! 🤬🤬🤬

My appointment is 14pm, but they start loading at 22:00pm. You can see that their shovel is always lazy at work. Their office guy is good.
