Brian is very professional and was very patient with us. We had him clean a 30+ year old carpet, and were very nervous that the steam would damage the adhesive under the carpet. He reduced the temperature a little bit for us and was very careful and the job turned out great.

Had a tenant move out and there were urine stains throughout. American steam had a great price for 5 rooms! They had a job in the morning but fit me in that afternoon on a Sunday last minute! The two guys that came were very professional and knew their stuff! They got the job done quickly and explained to me everything they did. They dried up water spots left over by the shampooer on my lenolium floor. Cleaned up behind themselves too! I’m very satisfied with how the carpet turned out!

Brian came today and did a wonderful job! My wife is so happy she found a thorough, professional and reliable carpet cleaning company. The price was more than fair and he took his time. In the past we used a well known national company with steadily less than satisfactory results. The national company would be done in a hour hour to 45 minutes, Brian spent a hour and a half pretreating, steaming cleaning and spot cleaning. He spent time answering my wife's questions and explaining everything, he even provided booties to walk on the wet carpet without transferring dirt. We will definitely use American Steam Clean in the future!
