Tidewater Pro Air

I woke up to a broken heater in the middle of a recent super cold snap. I called ProAir around 8 when they opened and by 9:30, a technician was already at my house in Norfolk! Not only were they super fast, my technician was amazing, diagnosing and fixing the issue in a couple hours. The professionalism, courtesy, promptness and ability to fix the issue were absolutely top notch. He explained everything to me (a few times!) and make me feel super in the loop about everything that was going on. I appreciate the folks at Tidewater ProAir, and I recommend that you give them a try!!

I can't say enough about Josh and entire tidewater pro air team. These guys were so polite, professional, neat, careful with the house inside and outside. No mess left behind. A stressful situation turned into a pleasant experience all around. They took care of everything and i am impressed with the attention to detail. Both newly replaced units are working beautifully and im so happy I chose tidewater pro.

Tidewater Pro Air has maintained my HVAC system for over 10 years. Communication is great! Always keeping you up to date. This was part of our annual system check up. Stefaney and Christian came out to diagnose and repair our HVAC systems. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and competent throughout the entire job. They explained everything well and assisted us in understanding the issues and what they were doing to fix them.
