I am selling my house and and buyers inspectors noted signs of past moisture. Ty from Top Tier showed me the issue in the attic as well as from on the roof. HERE IS THE BIG PART! Rather, than charging me 800-1200 dollars to fix issue, he walked me through how I can do it myself for under $50 dollars and a half an hour.. I would request him. He was totally honest, showed me pictures of vent boot adapter and proper caulking to use.

The Top Tier Roofing team did a great job on our house and garage roof replacements. They met with the insurance adjusters and even offered price matching. They were very patient and professional through the whole process. Both roofs were complete in one day and they look outstanding.
