American Steam Pros Carpet Cleaning

I scheduled a carpet cleaning with American Steam Pro in Winder for Saturday at 2:00 PM and informed them that I live two hours away. At 1:00 PM, I received a text canceling the appointment due to rain. There was no apology, and no follow-up. I asked for the next available appointment and got no response all weekend or on Monday. When I called, I was told the owner would be informed, but no one ever contacted me. I have called several times since, but no one answers. The complete lack of communication, accountability, and professionalism wasted my time and caused major inconvenience. This has been one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. What’s comical is that their answering service claims they are one of the best companies out there.

I have cream colored carpets and on them some high traffic areas were really dirty . After the cleaning they look amazing ! Job very well done ! Also the man that come cleaned them was very nice and professional . Will definitely be using this company again ! Pictures of the after , I am so pleased !

These people are the best at a fraction of the cost of other companies in the area. They are always on time with a text to confirm beforehand, fast and keeps my sectional clean and fresh! That isn’t an easy feat with 5 kids and a big dog. They also are very upfront about what stains they can and can not get out. They recently cleaned my carpet that hasn’t been professionally cleaned in 16 years. I knew it was not going to be perfect but they were very honest and worked diligently to get it cleaner and sanitized. And that was all I was hoping for! I will continue to rely on them for all of my furniture/carpet cleaning needs!

TERRIBLE! Showed up for appointment and did not even get out of their van and yelled - we can't turn around in your driveway so cannot do your job and just left! Then would not answer my call. Called Absolute Carpet and they came right away and had no problem with my driveway..
