The original crew Kevin and a father and son team, Both named Terry did an excellent job. The window over the kitchen sink was made too large and had to be re ordered. The storm door was missed since it was on the bottom of the contract in small print. The first team installed 17 windows and a sliding glass door in one day. They were very pleasant to work with. It did take awhile to get the last window and storm door manufacutred and installed. Jeff came out today and completed that work. He went above and beyond the call of duty. The contract said "Final payment due on completion of contract". To the credit of American Weathertechs, noone asked for further payment even though only one window and door remained to be completed. Brian, and his crew were absolutely amazing for our 2 day install. They were real people and down to earth. They took great care in their craftsmanship and were super nice to talk to. Brian is a true expert and great leader of the team. Would recommend to anyone looking for doors or windows, and I'll also be requesting them to come back for future projects!

American Weather Tech and specifically the TNT installation crew, did a great job putting in my replacement windows. They showed up on time, were courteous and professional and did a nice job cleaning up the house and yard when they were finished. The windows look great - thank you!

Tim Widener came to our home, made an excellent impression and a fully understandable explanation/demonstration of the product, the company, and its history. The company was very patient with us, as the products arrived months before our selected install date. Five team members, led by Brian, arrived on time and ready to work. They were patient, productive, and professional, even replacing a marble-top piece that was cracked at the bottom of one window. A very efficient team; Bryan, Dillon and staff took time to explain the process and answer all our questions. They removed all the old windows, shutters, doors and all debris from the install. Work was scheduled to fit our busy travels. The workers were diligent, and completed the job quicker than we anticipated. Considering the scope of cutting materials, their cleanup was immaculate. The finished product is everything we had hoped for. Overall a great experience.
