Was a pleasure working with Casandra at American Wholesale Floors. Businesses can be great but if their staff isn't kind and helpful it’s disappointing. But Casandra is personable, professional, kind and reasonable. Everything you can ask for as a patron. I remodel homes and will be using Casandra and American Wholesale Floors going forward. *Before and After photos below*

Great Customer Service! I just needed one box of wood flooring that matches the flooring in the rest of our house, to finish one small area that was not part of our original remodel project four years ago. Upon calling American Wholesale Floors, I found out that the product that we had used had been discontinued. My heart sank. However, Cassandra checked with the manufacturer and found that they had two boxes left in their warehouse. She promptly sent a box to me after receiving my payment. It matches the rest of the flooring in our house and the grooves fit perfectly with the flooring we already had. I'm very happy with their customer service. I only bought one box of flooring but I was treated like I was buying flooring for the entire house!

This company saved the day for us! After we purchased elsewhere and received numerous damaged cabinets, we were in panic mode, but Cassandra came to the rescue. She ordered new cabinets, delivered on price, timeliness, quality and customer service. We ordered flooring as well. Great bang for the buck. I wholeheartedly trust her and will turn to this company over and over again. Thank you Cassandra for restoring my faith. Small business is the way to go!

Our experience with purchasing our flooring started out WONDERFUL. Cassandra was knowledgeable & professional and not pushy. Then the experience turned bad. As to no fault of Cassandra or American Wholesale, however the product manufacturers was at fault. The whole time Cassandra showed concern for our plight. Fought for us with the vendor & manufacturer and prevail. We waited patiently and all got resolved. We LOVE love the end results

Cassandra went above and beyond to help me find my discontinued flooring that I needed to replace after a pipe overflowed in my attic. She was very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, courteous, considerate and even offered ideas to remodel my home. She called her contacts to find any boxes of flooring that might still be in stock and even called me back to tell me her findings. Although I live in another state, she was willing to help me to the best of her ability. I would highly recommend calling Cassandra the next time you need flooring!! She helped me when others just said it’s out of stock and hung up.
