It was the second place I called to replace 2 windows. Gentleman on the phone was very nice and explained it might not be until next week to which I agreed. Gave me a price over the phone, but then an employee walked in and the gentleman I was speaking to asked if they could go and replace my windows really quick. He sent the guys to my house they replaced and (my husband was home lol) and I paid over the phone. Friendly, super fast and very convenient! If it ever happens again, they’ll be my first call !

Wow, we got the typical 3 quotes by 3 different companies and we weren't really satisfied with them. So as luck would have it I stumbled on American Windows while googling. From reading the reviews I immediately thought there's no way we can go wrong with these guys. From the initial call to their departure from our house after the install it was a great experience. Great price, great product, great duo of guys who came do the install, I mean they left our place cleaner than when they arrived. If I could give more stars I would, thank you so much everyone at American Windows.

We love our window from “American Glass and Windows”! They slide nicely, are well caulked and sealed! The window team was 2 hard working young guys that installed all our windows and a door in one day. They worked as a team and didn’t even talk to each other! They worked together so well they just knew what needed to be done and did it.They took one break for lunch and then back to work. We also want to Thank “Stucco Randy” for adding the stucco around our new windows and making it match the existing stucco for a seamless finish to our new room! Thank you Randy (owner), Stucco Randy and your install team.

The glass for our table top is just perfect. 94.5”. They delivered on time just as they quoted. Took 2 people to carry it in. Just perfect. I will call them on everything glass related. Hats off to them
