Carlos and his team were excellent throughout the entire process. They were responsive and got on site as soon as possible, and had someone actually go on the roof to inspect the damage and determine the best course of action. Permits were pulled quickly and the roof was replaced in a day and a half. It was a pleasure working with Carlos and his team.

While they were bidding for the roof replacement, they met in person to explain what the process looks like and what the options are. They came prepared to show slides, samples, brought insurance docs proactively, etc. They were not the cheapest, but seemed like the most knowledgeable.
