Very happy with Mike at Kingsley Improvements. He was very responsive to any questions and concerns and handled everything very professionally. As with any project there were a few hiccups along the way but he handled them with ease and made us very confident that our project would be completed the way we desired. Overall, we couldn't have picked a better company to use for our basement renovation!

They were able to handle all aspects of our pool yard refresh from the fence & landscape to new patio & cabana. For years we had water leaking into our basement! Finally no water! They did Great work and helped to update the front of our home! John was very professional every time he came to work! I highly recommend!

I can’t say enough positive things regarding Dave and his company! We just hired him to do the second portion of our backyard renovation and they went above and beyond what we hoped and anticipated for! He and his crew are meticulous courteous not to mention his workmanship is impeccable! Dave has kept us in the loop regarding scheduling and has adhered to that schedule! I have used other contractors in the past and I will never hire anyone else but Kingsley he took a very stressful project took the reins and turned the vision in my head into my very own backyard oasis! I give them a million star review!

Highly recommend Kingsley Improvements! We did an extensive amount of renovation on a two family home that required months of work. We renovated front porch, added exterior stairs, installed doors, painting, flooring, walls, insulation, siding, roofing, windows, gutters, electrical work, etc. They worked every weekend and many weekdays to get our projects finished quickly. We built a great relationship with Dave and his subcontractors and can honestly say they have all been great. Even though we ran into some issues with the roof installation that cost Kingsley time and money to fix. They were here and made sure that it was fixed right away and done right. (they will no longer be using this roofing company) We plan to use Kingsley in the future with any projects we may have going forward
