Once we identified the issue, they were able to come out quickly and returned the very next day to complete the repairs. Nick was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the process - he even referred us to someone to help with another issue! I called 4 generator companies, including the one I have a service contract with, and no one returned my call in the midst of the blizzard. I have no heat, lighting or anything as I wait n wait n wait. Randomly I see Nick’s company appear. I call and leave a message. Shockingly he calls me back and tells me he will be here within two hours. Two hours later he’s knocking on my door. I cannot thank him enough for his follow through and diligence. Very professional.
