America's Decorative Concrete

Well, as we all know, you're doing the sidewalks per the city. We had a large truck in front of our home for almost 2 weeks. It wasn't being used; just parked there. I called you and just asked when it might be moved. I was told we would get someone to move it which they did. Instead, however, they moved a tractor in place of the truck. Our street is done. The side street is done. There was no reason whatsoever for that tractor to be moved directly in front of our home other than they didn't like my phone call. I wasn't rude when I called. I simply asked when it might be moved since it wasn't being used. If this tractor is not being used, I can only assume it was placed there because of my call. If that's the case, we have a problem.

Owner lied to the city!! This company is doing work in the City of Greenville Ohio. I went to City Council to show them the poor quality of work America's Decorative Concrete has done and the Safety Services director said the owner told him I was "so satisfied with the work they've done, I offered them lunch". Completely wrong. Glad I provided pictures of how bad the work is and explained to city council that this contractor should never be used again. Poor quality prep work. Tree roots and stumps were supposed to be removed and were not. Trash left everywhere. Vehicles leaked oil and fluids wherever they were parked. It's been over a week since they poured the sidewalks and they left mounds of debris on the main sidewalk path and in my landscaping. They also walked right through

American Decorative Concrete removed and poored our conrete side walk sections. I watched them work. Workers did'nt have proper tools to carry out the work properly also the results look poor. The sign box of my commercial property was cracked during sidewalk removal and installation with no apologies from their part. Trash, concrete pieces and dirt left on road way and drive way. They also borrowed the power, left equipment on driveway. Hydrolic fluid drips were was also left behind.

I was interested in some restorative work on my concrete patio. Over the course of two weeks I placed two phone calls (once answered by a woman who said someone would call me back, and once left a voicemail) and sent an email using their website contact form. I've never received a response.

Very irresponsible company driver of truck driving without tarp covering load on interstate causing my window to be smashed tried to call the company about the issue got no response so calling my insurance company now
