Lincoln and his workers did wonderful work on several jobs for us including baseboard replacements, cabinet repair, shower tile re-grouting and repairing a couple of new downspouts that our gutter contractor messed up. Very respectful to the property and attention to cleanliness once the job(s) were completed. We were also very impressed with the communication and showing up exactly when scheduled. We have already thought of additional work and will be calling on Americas Handy again !

My company paid him upfront for a downstairs remodel on our special needs center and the work done for what we paid was poor quality. We had mismatched textures on all the walls, some texture even being sharp and jagged, visible lines where windows where taken out and walls where put up so you could still see the outline of the window, paint the did not match wall to wall, unsecure outlet covers, baseboards that were jagged and roughly cut. that's only a small list of problems. Everything looked sloppy. called and he came back out and fixed only some of our concerns and we were still seeing a lot of issues with his work. when we tried to contact him a 2nd time to ask him to please finish fixing what we paid for, we were left with no response.

Hired this guy to replace a door. He hung a door that is too short and just put a board across the top as if we wouldn't notice. He's ignored all contacts to try and get him to fix it.
