They say they are open 24 hours a day but don't pick up the phone when you call after business hours. They also fail to return voicemail messages. Completely unreliable.

I hope I'm spelling his name right but Erickson was great!! He fixed my air, explained everything to me and explained some other services that they have. I am definitely gonna be calling them again to keep my unit serviced.

Love it good ppl they do great work and there employees are the best that's out there especially that young man that works there Robert Westbury that man nose his stuff there number one in my book

I love Americus heating & Air Conditioning but the only thing they be book all the time and they dnt tell you what time they come to your house they just show up.

waiting on the 3rd trip out here will let you know when they leave what they have to say this time I wish they would buy the unit back and be done with them..we will see what happens this time then I will go into whats going on.
