Called to get a quote and the lady that answered didn't even start with the company name, just "hello". She took my number and said that I would get a call. The next day around 2 I had to call them back and she said that they just haven't gotten around to calling me back. I have heard that underwood is great for work, but I am having trouble recommending this business since I can't even get a call to get a roofing estimate.
