I had to transfer an online order here after the 2 closest locations to me were out of stock. I live over an hour away and my stores would not have the sheet vinyl flooring type I needed for at least 10 business days maybe more. I was told to order it asap to make sure it’s not sold out wherever I can get it because it’s a popular item. I ordered right then as I was told, and because of Christmas Eve, Christmas, and working the next day I had to wait 3 days to get it, as this location is far from my home. When I got there the sheet roll was hanging limp on a cart and completely bent almost at 90° on each side. The flooring was badly creased and even had a burnt/badly damaged spot on the end. I go to my local Lowe's pretty often, I see lots of welcoming smiles all over, but for whatever reason every time I need help I don't see any employee around, it's like out of nowhere all the employees get busy!

Each and every times I shop here, the employees are always so nice, kind, ready and willing to help. 7/9/22 Visited this store today. Ka'Brianna Wilkerson was very nice and willing to help me find an item I was looking for today. She's a great asset to this store.

Edited: With much persistence - emails and call transfers - my issue was completely resolved to my satisfaction. I never heard back from anyone on the local level. Original Post: I don't know if this is a Lowes corporate issue or a character deficit in the locals who work at/for this location, but I am annoyed. Nobody wants to take responsibility, and forget about asking for proper documentation. They will literally say one thing on the phone and when you get to the store, they dodge you or deny hearing or repeating what was said on the phone in prior conversation. i purchased an appliance from this store and paid to have the item delivered and installed.
